We are excited to be back at school and working on our Be the Change Unit. We are thinking of small ways to change the world in as little as 5 minutes a day just like this school in Australia:
Currently, we are working on several projects such as designing a 21st century "green" classroom, raising money for solar cookers for refugees in Africa, creating a marketing plan for our eco-friendly bracelets, and studying inaugurations over the past 100 years.

From that description, it sounds like you all are extremely busy. Some of the issues you are studying are really profound, such as how to make small differences within your own life and on raising money to buy the solar rice-cookers.
One thing I think you all should think about is how you can make a difference in the lives of those around you, not just around the world. Little things like saying hello, or asking if someone needs help can go a long way towards changing the way your own environment is.
Keep us posted on what you are doing!
